Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage is a wonderful way to experience total relaxation. The whole body benefits from the effects of soothing away stress. This type of massage does not address any specific problem areas and is the ultimate in total body balancing.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage uses specific and advanced techniques that focus on pain and problem areas. Muscle aches, chronic pain and injuries are just some of the indications for this type of massage. The intent of therapeutic massage is not to cause pain, but to stay within the patient’s comfort level. This massage is tailored to meet the patient’s individual needs so you determine the depth of pressure. » All of our therapists are qualified to perform this treatment. Pregnancy
Pre & Post-Partum
Hormones, postural changes, and stress are major components of the pregnancy aches, pain and blues. Massage can be an integral part of maintaining your body and its well being. Pre and Post Partum massage will help you de-stress and reduce back & sciatic pain.

Infant massage
Research shows that touch is an important part of human development. Let us teach you how to massage baby and strengthen the bond between you. Both parents are encouraged to attend.

Aromatherapy
Essential oils are the oldest form of medicine and cosmetics. Let one of our therapists make a custom blend to fit your needs.

Sports Massage
Let one of our trained professional’s help you achieve and maintain the results you’re looking for. Recurring injuries, over/under pronation, lingering pain, and general rigidity are all indications of a problem. Isolate problem areas, increase circulation, reduce recovery time, and prevent injury.
